Dear Parents and Guardians,
Tanisi, this is to inform you that it will be a bus day tomorrow (June 16, 2022) due to an Elders funeral. All schools will be open if you wish to drop off your child, please ensure that arrangements are made for 3pm pick up time. Here is a list of reminders for the month of June:
June 17- Last day for Chromebook Returns
June 21- Grade 8 Ceremony 10:00 am
June 22- Awards Day 1:00pm
June 24- No School in Lieu of National Indigenous Day
June 27- Fun Day
June 28- Last Day for Students
Please note that the Grade 7 & 8’s will not receive their student allowance until their Chromebook and all accessories are returned to the school. Student Allowance will be distributed on the last day of school to ensure everything is recorded properly.
A reminder to parents and guardians that if your child is feeling ill and/or having any signs and symptoms of Covid-19 the child will be taken home immediately as to the Covid-19 Protocols and Guidelines. Cases may be decreasing but as a precaution the schools still follow these guidelines and will take your child home if there is any sign of symptoms. Please feel free to check our website for information regarding Covid-19 signs and symptoms at evms.oleducation.ca. There is also information on our website regarding school closures, bus days and special events.
